Cancellation Policy
Notice Period: Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours' notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee. Cancellation Fees: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the service fee. No-shows will be charged the full service fee. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies happen. If you have a valid reason for canceling (such as illness or a family emergency), please contact us, and we may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion. Late Arrivals: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show and will be charged the full service fee.
